Broccoli Chicken La Tinchen

  • 3 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Kebab spicy
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp Rubbed. ginger
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 2 small Potatoes
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 4 Mushrooms, brown
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 20 ml Condensed milk
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Kebab spicy
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 Cooking bag of rice
  1. Cut the meat into strips and marinate in a marinade from the 6 ingredients above for 5 hours. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Fry the garlic clove in the meat roast, then add the vegetables, fry briefly as well, then fill up with the broth and simmer with the lid on until soft. Refine with the condensed milk, season with salt and pepper. 1 tbsp flour makes the sauce thicker.
  3. In an extra pan, fry 1 teaspoon kebab with 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, as soon as the honey foams, add the meat, fry.
  4. Arrange the rice on plates, serve with the vegetables and meat.
