Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 3 tbsp Food starch
- 500 g Broccoli fresh
- 150 ml Broth
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 50 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 375 g Basmati rice
Instructions
Boil rice
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. I always use 2 cups of rice and 2.5 cups of water in comparison. I let that boil and then turn it down to the lowest level and let the rice swell for 20 minutes.
Marinate meat
- Marinate the meat with sambal oelek, soy sauce and ginger. Dust with starch. If you do not use meat, but use soy shredded meat, these must be simmered / soaked in hot broth and then marinated.
Grill
- First fry the meat. Then sauté the broccoli and add the broth. Let the broccoli cook in the pan with the lid closed. As soon as it is done, add the cream and honey. You can roast the sesame beforehand, otherwise you can add it at the end. Serve the dish with rice on a plate.
