Chocolate Biscuit Balls

The perfect chocolate biscuit balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Dark chocolate
  • 80 g Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Flour
  • 2,5 tbsp Baking cocoa
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the chocolate and egg. Add milk and stir in the flour and baking cocoa. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Please cover the dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. When the dough is nice and firm, shape it into small, evenly spaced balls. Mine were unfortunately not so;) Roll the balls in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the balls for about 10 minutes. Not too long or they will get too dry. Dust the cooled balls with powdered sugar.
