Fried Eggs with Lettuce

The perfect fried eggs with lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,25 bunch Chives fresh
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds white
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil brown
  • 250 g Leaf salads
  • 3 tbsp Chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 500 ml Sunflower oil
  • 4 Eggs
  1. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown. Mix the soy sauce in a cup with sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds and chives and season with pepper.
  2. Wash, clean and spin dry the salad. For the salad dressing: Whisk the chilli sauce with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a saucepan to 180 ° C. Beat the eggs one by one in small bowls (or cups). Use a soup ladle to slide into the hot fat one after the other. Use a spoon to scoop hot oil over the eggs and cook for about 2 minutes Bake until golden brown. Lift out of the oil with a slotted spoon and allow to drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Mix the salad with the chilli dressing. Drizzle the eggs with the soy sesame sauce and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Serve with the salad.
