Fried Eggs with Lettuce

- 0,25 bunch Chives fresh
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds white
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil brown
- 250 g Leaf salads
- 3 tbsp Chili sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- 500 ml Sunflower oil
- 4 Eggs
- Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown. Mix the soy sauce in a cup with sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds and chives and season with pepper.
- Wash, clean and spin dry the salad. For the salad dressing: Whisk the chilli sauce with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
