Ingredients

  • 500 g Chocolate, to taste
  • I have 3 bars of dark chocolate with 72% cocoa
  • And 2 bars of dark chocolate taken
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp Rum 54%
  • 200 g Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  • Let the chocolate melt in a water bath at low heat.
  • Stir in the butter, cream, powdered sugar and rum. If you only like chocolate balls, just leave out the rum.
  • Let the mixture cool down. Cut off a small portion of chocolate mass with an egg spoon and shape into a ball in the palm of your hand. Then turn in chocolate sprinkles. You can also use some cocoa powder to shape it. But then the balls take on less sprinkles. Try it out. Store cool.
