Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 4 Egg yolks or 2 eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Chopped hazelnut
  • Zest of half an orange
  • 1 tsp Orange water
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 g Chocolate droplets

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter until frothy, add sugar and a pinch of salt and whisk vigorously. Add the eggs (I had the yolks left over from the cinnamon stars) and beat everything for about 2 minutes. Add flour and baking powder, orange zest and orange water and stir everything well.
  • Finally fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate drops. Use two teaspoons to place piles about the size of a walnut on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Makes about 2 trays. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
