Biscuit & Co: Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies

- 100 g Brown sugar
- 150 g Soft butter
- 4 Egg yolks or 2 eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Chopped hazelnut
- Zest of half an orange
- 1 tsp Orange water
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 75 g Chocolate droplets
- Beat the butter until frothy, add sugar and a pinch of salt and whisk vigorously. Add the eggs (I had the yolks left over from the cinnamon stars) and beat everything for about 2 minutes. Add flour and baking powder, orange zest and orange water and stir everything well.
- Finally fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate drops. Use two teaspoons to place piles about the size of a walnut on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Makes about 2 trays. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
