Bulgur Salad with Pomegranate and Dried Tomatoes

The perfect bulgur salad with pomegranate and dried tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Bulgur
  • 1 piece Pomegranate
  • 1 Handful Sun-Dried tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 3 tbsp Pomegranate juice
  • 1 piece Organic lime
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper fresh from the mill
  1. Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions (usually boil twice the amount of water with a little salt), allow to evaporate. Core the pomegranate, the stones are added to the bulgur with olive oil, zest and juice of the lime and pomegranate juice. Wash, chop and mix in the herbs. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and mix in. Season to taste with salt and pepper, Voila!
