Cheese Salad with Grapes and Pomegranate Seeds

The perfect cheese salad with grapes and pomegranate seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Emmental
  • 300 g Green seedless grapes
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp Parsely
  1. Mix the vinegar, oil and spices into a creamy sauce with a whisk. Cut the cheese into thin oblong strips. Put the cheese in a bowl and mix quickly with the dressing so that the strips don’t stick together. Wash the grapes, pluck from the stalks, cut in half and add to the cheese. Halve the pomegranate and break out the stones. Also add to the cheese. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Finely chop the parsley. Portion the cheese salad and serve garnished with parsley. Fresh wood-fired bread tastes good with it 🙂
