  • 4 piece Carrots
  • 4 size Potatoes
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 small White cabbage
  • 2,5 liter Water
  • 6 tbsp Homemade vegetable broth
  • Stock powder
  • 2 tbsp Oleolux *
  1. Peel, wash and cut the carrots – peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes – clean the leek well and first halve and then cut the stick – halve, quarter and cut the cabbage – peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
  2. In a soup pot, sauté the onions with the coconut oil. Then the sliced ​​carrots, the diced potatoes, the sliced ​​leek and the sliced ​​cabbage are added in layers.
  3. Sprinkle the homemade vegetable stock over it and just pour water over the whole thing, put the lid on and bring the whole pot to a boil, cook for about 30 minutes, then switch off and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  4. Now before the soup is served, stir in the Oleolux, stir it vigorously and then just enjoy … a nice hot soup … and who likes to add a little more pepper 😉
