Ingredients
Hash browns
- 500 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper
smoked salmon
- 250 g Sliced smoked salmon
Horseradish Dip
- 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 1 tsp Dill
- Horseradish canned to taste
- A few squirts of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Hash browns
- Coarsely grate the potatoes and squeeze them well in a tea towel. Stir in an egg and the flour, season with salt and pepper and let the clarified butter get hot in a pan. Use a spoon to add the potato mixture to the pan and press flat, bake until golden.
Horseradish Dip
- Mix the sour cream with the dill, horseradish and the spices.
Serving
- Place the hash browns with smoked salmon and horseradish dip on a plate
