Hash browns

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper

smoked salmon

  • 250 g Sliced ​​smoked salmon

Horseradish Dip

  • 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • Horseradish canned to taste
  • A few squirts of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Hash browns
