Fruity Chicken Legs

- 4 Chicken legs
- Salt

- 300 ml Poultry broth
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Apple

- Wash the chicken legs, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and fry all over in the roaster.
- Peel the peelings and carrots into thin wedges and strips.
- Take the bottle out of the roaster, add the shallots and the carrots, sauté and season with salt and pepper.
- Now pour in the apple juice or wine and let it boil down, pour in 200 ml and add the meat.
- Put the roasting pan in the oven at 200 ° C. and fry for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, clean the mushrooms in slices, wash the apples, core them and cut them into slices.
- Fry the mushrooms in a pan with hot oil. Add the apples and fry briefly., Season with salt and pepper.
- Now add the mushroom-apple mixture to the chicken drumsticks, pour in the rest of the stock and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Take the roasting pan out of the oven and arrange the chicken drumsticks on a plate.
