Chicken Legs – Nice and Hot
The perfect chicken legs – nice and hot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Chicken legs
- White milled pepper
- Salt
- 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
- 3 teaspoon Ajvar spicy
- 2 Discs Lemon fresh
- Toothpick
- Poultry seasoning type paprika
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Sliced onions
- 0,5 Cup White wine dry
- Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and pat dry again. Rub the insides with pepper, salt and chilli flakes, add ajvar and a lemon wedge, pull the skin over the filling, secure with a toothpick and sprinkle the legs all around with poultry seasoning.
- Preheat the oven to 140 degrees using a suitable pan. Fry the chicken legs in hot oil until golden brown and finally fry the onion slices as well, then transfer everything to the oven dish.
- Simmer the roasting meat in the pan with the wine and pour it over the legs. Let the dish cook for about 40 minutes.
- I served the spicy chicken legs with the onions with sauerkraut and potatoes.
