  • White milled pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
  • 3 teaspoon Ajvar spicy
  • 2 Discs Lemon fresh
  • Toothpick
  • Poultry seasoning type paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Sliced ​​onions
  • 0,5 Cup White wine dry
  1. Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and pat dry again. Rub the insides with pepper, salt and chilli flakes, add ajvar and a lemon wedge, pull the skin over the filling, secure with a toothpick and sprinkle the legs all around with poultry seasoning.
  2. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees using a suitable pan. Fry the chicken legs in hot oil until golden brown and finally fry the onion slices as well, then transfer everything to the oven dish.
  3. Simmer the roasting meat in the pan with the wine and pour it over the legs. Let the dish cook for about 40 minutes.
  4. I served the spicy chicken legs with the onions with sauerkraut and potatoes.
