Cherry Pepper Cheese Dip

- 50 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 50 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 3 Cherry peppers from the jar
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Drain the cherry peppers well and cut into small pieces.
- Mash the sheep’s cheese with a fork and mix with the cream cheese. Cut the spring onion into rings. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let rest for 1 hour.
