Cherry Pepper Cheese Dip

  • 50 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 50 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 3 Cherry peppers from the jar
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Drain the cherry peppers well and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mash the sheep’s cheese with a fork and mix with the cream cheese. Cut the spring onion into rings. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let rest for 1 hour.
