Fried Pepper Cream Cheese Dip

The perfect fried pepper cream cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 150 g Cottage cheese half-fat level
  • 10 Fried peppers
  • 1 Diced shallot
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked peppers
  • 0,5 teaspoon Peppercorns ground pink
  • Orange pepper salt from my KB
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Steam the roasted peppers in a pan with a little olive oil and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the cottage cheese. Cut the spring onion into rings and dice the tomato. Add the garlic, oregano, paprika powder, pink peppercorns and olive oil to the cheese and mix together.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill for 1 hour. I had a baguette with it.
