Drink: Hot Cinnamon Apple Juice
The perfect drink: hot cinnamon apple juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Apple juice naturally cloudy
- Amaretto or amaretto syrup
- 2 tsp Cinnamon, or a mixture of gingerbread spices, apple pie spices, etc.
- Possibly some mulled wine spice
- Boil the apple juice with the spices in a saucepan and then cover and let it steep for about 10 minutes at a low temperature. Add the alcohol or syrup at the end. For alcohol, I did not specify the amount, because you only have a small shot or z. B. 4 cl can be added. For the syrup, I would recommend about 4 tbsp.
- In addition, I have now and then either added a little loose mulled wine spice (e.g. from Herbaria) or a sachet of ready-made mulled wine spice.
- Looks nice when you pour the apple juice into transparent cups or heat-resistant glasses and add a cinnamon stick to each.
- You can also put the spices in a tea filter if the flakes of spice bother you while drinking.
