- 4 Plums
- 4 Sugar cubes
- 2 tbsp Wake-Up flour
- 30 g Butter
- Wash and stone the plums.
- Divide the dumpling dough into 4 parts and shape into dumplings, placing a plum in the middle with 1 lump of sugar.
- Bring the water to the boil and add the dumplings, bring to the boil once, turn down the switch and let it steep for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, make a melt of butter and baking flour.
