- 4 Floury potatoes
- 4 El Flour
- 4 Fresh plums
- 4 Piece Sugar cubes
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, then put them through the press.
- Add the egg and flour to the potatoes and add a little starch if necessary, the dough should no longer stick.
- Now form 4 dumplings and put a plum and a lump of sugar in the middle. Put a saucepan with water on it, bring it to the boil, then add salt and add the dumplings to the boil and let it stand for about 20 minutes. Do not boil anymore.
- Melt some butter in a pan and toast the breadcrumbs then turn the finished dumplings in it and serve.
