Heimi’s Quick Plum Dumplings

  • 4 Plums
  • 4 Sugar cubes
  • 2 tbsp Wake-Up flour
  • 30 g Butter
  1. Wash and stone the plums.
  1. Divide the dumpling dough into 4 parts and shape into dumplings, placing a plum in the middle with 1 lump of sugar.
  1. Bring the water to the boil and add the dumplings, bring to the boil once, turn down the switch and let it steep for 20 minutes.
