The perfect sauces and dip’s: budwig – quark – dip’s recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)

  • 250 g Quark lean
  • 60 ml Linseed oil
  • 60 ml Fresh milk
  • ********************
  • Chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp Ground turmeric spice
  • Salt pepper
  • ********************
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Noble sweet peppers
  • Salt pepper
  1. First make the basic quark. To do this, mix the quark with the oil and milk well, no oil should remain on the edge of the bowl if everything is well emulsified. Now divide the mixture into 2 bowls and season each. Season one half with turmeric and dill and the other half with paprika and parsley, each with salt and pepper.

  1. Tastes very good with baked potatoes or baked vegetables
