My Jacket Potato Snack

The perfect my jacket potato snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Jacket potatoes
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 piece Smoked trout fillet without bones
  • 2 Discs Black Forest ham
  • 2 tablespoon Brunch casual with herbs
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves pressed
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Salt
  • 0,5 bunch Black pepper from the mill
  1. Peel off the freshly cooked, jacket potatoes. Put 2 pieces on each plate.
  2. I add herbs to the brunch with a clove of garlic and chopped parsley. Spread over 2 potatoes. Half a slice of finely chopped trout fillet is placed on top of each.
  3. Put butter sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley on the other two potatoes. A slice of ham on top. Put a little extra butter on each plate, if someone likes.
  4. Enjoy your meal.
