Ingredients
- 4 piece Jacket potatoes
- 50 g Butter
- 1 piece Smoked trout fillet without bones
- 2 Discs Black Forest ham
- 2 tablespoon Brunch casual with herbs
- 2 piece Garlic cloves pressed
- 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
- 0,5 bunch Salt
- 0,5 bunch Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Peel off the freshly cooked, jacket potatoes. Put 2 pieces on each plate.
- I add herbs to the brunch with a clove of garlic and chopped parsley. Spread over 2 potatoes. Half a slice of finely chopped trout fillet is placed on top of each.
- Put butter sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley on the other two potatoes. A slice of ham on top. Put a little extra butter on each plate, if someone likes.
- Enjoy your meal.
