  • 300 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill

The preparation is quick

  1. Cut the salmon into cubes, finely slice the onion and then chop it through two or three times. Mix everything with the pepper and lemon (juice) on a plate. Knead the room-warm butter with the horseradish and wasabi with a fork.
  2. Cut the baguette rolls lengthways into slices. Brown the three largest slices of each in the toaster as desired. Now brush the toast with the butter, 3 slices per plate. Tear up the romaine leaves and top the toast and equal parts with the salmon tartare.
