Salmon Tartare from Smoked Salmon
The perfect salmon tartare from smoked salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Smoked salmon
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 2 piece Baguette rolls
- 50 g Salted butter
- 4 leaf Romaine lettuce
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish cream
The preparation is quick
- Cut the salmon into cubes, finely slice the onion and then chop it through two or three times. Mix everything with the pepper and lemon (juice) on a plate. Knead the room-warm butter with the horseradish and wasabi with a fork.
- Cut the baguette rolls lengthways into slices. Brown the three largest slices of each in the toaster as desired. Now brush the toast with the butter, 3 slices per plate. Tear up the romaine leaves and top the toast and equal parts with the salmon tartare.
- Grind again with the pepper mill and drizzle with lemon if desired.
- That’s it, should be on the table in 10 minutes …..
