Minced Meat Rolls with Rocket and Tomato Salad
The perfect minced meat rolls with rocket and tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Diced Bacon
- 1 medium sized Onion red
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Green curry paste
- 8 Discs Cooked ham
- 1 tbsp Germ oil
- 125 g Arugula
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes red
- 3 tbsp Balsamic cream
- Sweat the bacon and onions in a pan. Add the bacon and onion mixture to the minced meat. Add breadcrumbs, eggs and curry paste and work everything into a compact meat batter.
- Spread out the ham, roll up 1-2 tablespoons of minced meat on top and pin with roulade skewers or toothpicks. Fry in a pan with oil.
- Wash the rocket and cherry tomatoes. Spin the rocket dry and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange the rocket and cherry tomato halves on plates, drizzle with balsamic cream and arrange the skewers.
