Fish Fillet with Fried Sage Leaves

The perfect fish fillet with fried sage leaves recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Fresh fish fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 12 Pc. Sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  1. Drizzle the fish fillet (e.g. redfish fillet) with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Heat plenty of olive oil in a pan. Turn the fish fillet in flour and add to the pan. Add the sage leaves. Fry the fish until golden and fry the sage leaves in the olive oil until they are crispy. Dab off excess oil with paper towels.
