  • 1 Cup Diced onions
  • 2 cups Diced carrots
  • 2 cups Buckwheat
  • 4 cups Hot vegetable broth
  • 4 cups Salt and pepper

  • Drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium sized Diced onion
  • 1 medium sized Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 medium sized Linseed oil
  • Salt pepper a.d.M.
