Tuna and Bean Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Tuna in water
  • 150 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Shallot
  • 300 g Cheese of your choice in one piece
  • 1 small glass White big beans
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Some mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cheese into small cubes. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the red onion into small cubes. Pour the beans on a sieve, rinse and drain. Put the salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix a marinande from oil, vinegar and a little mustard and pour over the salad. Stir in and let it steep a little. Remove 4 beautiful leaves from the lettuce and clean under water. Drain well. Season the salad with salt and pepper. Arrange 2 lettuce leaves on a plate and spread the lettuce on top. Drain the water from the tuna. Pick up the tuna with a fork and spread it on the salad. Cut the shallot into small rings and place on top.
  • We had dark bread with it.
