  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 2 L Vegetable broth
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 pinch Turmeric

cucumber salad

  • 3 Cucumbers
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 bunch Dill

Instructions
 

Boiled beef

  • Cut the boiled beef into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, turn in flour and fry in oil. Then place the meat slices in a baking dish, add the bay leaves, pour the stock over and cover and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 5-2 hours.
  • Cook the boiled potatoes with salt and a pinch of turmeric for about 20 minutes.

cucumber salad

  • For the cucumber salad, peel the cucumbers, grate them into thin slices and soak in salt (approx. 2 hours). Then put the cucumbers in a linen cloth and wring them out. Refine with 2 cups of sour cream, a squeeze of lemon and a bunch of dill.
  • Serve everything together.
