  • 1 kg Potatoes

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 bunch Dill

Boiled beef

  1. Cut the boiled beef into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, turn in flour and fry in oil. Then place the meat slices in a baking dish, add the bay leaves, pour the stock over and cover and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 5-2 hours.
