Broccoli Sausage Pan

The perfect broccoli sausage pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Fresh broccoli
  • 2 piece Bratwurst coarse
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 100 g Feta
  • 50 g Pickled olives, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper salt
  1. Divide the broccoli, peel the stem and cut into sticks and blanch everything in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
  2. Now peel the onion and cut into fine strips and cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pieces of sausage and onion. Season with fennel seeds, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the olives into rings and crumble the feta. Drain the broccoli and add to the pan. Briefly roast (about 3-4 minutes) then put on a plate and sprinkle with the olives and pieces of fat and serve.
