Broccoli Sausage Pan
The perfect broccoli sausage pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Fresh broccoli
- 2 piece Bratwurst coarse
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 g Feta
- 50 g Pickled olives, pitted
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
- Olive oil
- Pepper salt
- Divide the broccoli, peel the stem and cut into sticks and blanch everything in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
- Now peel the onion and cut into fine strips and cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pieces of sausage and onion. Season with fennel seeds, salt and pepper.
- Cut the olives into rings and crumble the feta. Drain the broccoli and add to the pan. Briefly roast (about 3-4 minutes) then put on a plate and sprinkle with the olives and pieces of fat and serve.
