Fluffy Cheesecake without Base According to Annerose

The perfect fluffy cheesecake without base according to annerose recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Margarine or butter
  • 200 g Sugar, I took browns
  • 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 5 Eggs separated
  • 100 g Spelled flour
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Kg Lowfat quark
  • Oil for the baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!

  1. Beat the margarine / butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder and custard powder. Then stir in the quark!
  2. Beat the egg whites and fold into the curd mixture!
  3. Grease baking pan with parchment paper and the edge. Pour in the quark mixture and smooth it out!
  4. Bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes! Depending on the desired degree of browning. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary!
  5. Let cool down on a cake rack! Remove baking paper!
