Beetroot Pasta with Poppy Seeds
The perfect beetroot pasta with poppy seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Beetroot tubers
- 300 g Pasta
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- Salt pepper
- Oil
- Poppy
- Cut the beetroot into cubes, finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Put on the pasta and only cook for half of the cooking time.
- Sauté the onions, garlic and beetroot in oil. Add vinegar. Salt, pepper.
- Pour in the pasta and 500 ml of the pasta water. Simmer with the lid on until the pasta has soaked up the water.
- Serve sprinkled with poppy seeds.
