Mini Gugelhöpfli Vanilla Poppy Seeds

The perfect mini gugelhöpfli vanilla poppy seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Half an untreated lemon
  • 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 80 gr Butter
  • 65 gr Powdered sugar
  • 2 tl Rum
  • 2 praise Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 gr Flour
  • 30 gr Steamed poppy
  • 1 el Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Butter the Gugelhöpfli form, put flour in a cool place.
