Fat Burner Vegetable Soup
The perfect fat burner vegetable soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Brussels sprouts fresh
- 5 piece Carrots
- 2 piece Onion red
- 5 piece Spring onions fresh
- 3 piece Celery stalk
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 piece Clove of garlic
- 200 g Celery bulb
- 3 piece Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 200 ml Tomato puree
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g Rice red
- 1 piece Jalapeño
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tablespoon Colorful peppercorns from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Chilli from the mill
- 1 bunch Herbs fresh or frozen

- I cooked it after an article in a newspaper. Added something to taste and burn even more. Helped 3 kg in 8 days and was never hungry. Preparation:
- Clean the vegetables and roughly cut everything. Finely chop the jalapenos.
- Heat the oil in the pot (it should have a volume of approx. 5 liters). Lightly fry the onions. To give the vegetables and sweat. Then deglaze the vegetables with 3 liters of boiling water and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, add the instant broth, tomato puree, jalapenos, chilli and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
- In the meantime I have cooked the red rice or (whole grain rice) in the rice cooker.
- Add the rice to the prepared soup and season again with pepper, chilli and salt.
- Before serving, sprinkle generously with the fish herbs. Chill in the refrigerator and heat up the daily amount.
