Fat Burner Vegetable Soup

The perfect fat burner vegetable soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 5 piece Carrots
  • 2 piece Onion red
  • 5 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 3 piece Celery stalk
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 4 piece Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Celery bulb
  • 3 piece Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 200 ml Tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 g Rice red
  • 1 piece Jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 tablespoon Colorful peppercorns from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli from the mill
  • 1 bunch Herbs fresh or frozen

Preparation:

  1. Clean the vegetables and roughly cut everything. Finely chop the jalapenos.
  2. Heat the oil in the pot (it should have a volume of approx. 5 liters). Lightly fry the onions. To give the vegetables and sweat. Then deglaze the vegetables with 3 liters of boiling water and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, add the instant broth, tomato puree, jalapenos, chilli and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime I have cooked the red rice or (whole grain rice) in the rice cooker.
  4. Add the rice to the prepared soup and season again with pepper, chilli and salt.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle generously with the fish herbs. Chill in the refrigerator and heat up the daily amount.
