Sharp Strips of Beef Fillet

The perfect sharp strips of beef fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Beef fillet
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 3 cm Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  1. Clean the vegetables and optionally cut them into strips / slices. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
  1. Cut the beef fillet into 1-2 cm thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, chilli flakes and mirin.
  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok and first briefly fry the vegetables in it – add meat, ginger and garlic, roast and deglaze with mirin, rice vinegar, sake and soy sauce.
  1. Let everything simmer, add honey and fry for a few more minutes until the sauce is glossy and thick. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
