Sharp Strips of Beef Fillet
The perfect sharp strips of beef fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Beef fillet
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Green peppers
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 3 cm Ginger
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- Clean the vegetables and optionally cut them into strips / slices. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
- Cut the beef fillet into 1-2 cm thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, chilli flakes and mirin.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok and first briefly fry the vegetables in it – add meat, ginger and garlic, roast and deglaze with mirin, rice vinegar, sake and soy sauce.
- Let everything simmer, add honey and fry for a few more minutes until the sauce is glossy and thick. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
