- 2,5 kg Different apples
- 120 gr Brown sugar
- 180 gr Sugar fine
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into (small) pieces and place with the skin in a saucepan with the water and lemon juice.
- Add all the sugar and simmer for about 15 minutes. Leave the lid a little open. Puree the mixture well with the magic wand.
- Add cinnamon to taste and bring the porridge to the boil again until it has the required consistency.
- Then fill directly into the twist-off glasses * and close. It is essential to ensure that the glass edges are clean! The finished glasses are placed in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 ° C.
