Colorful Ciabatta

The perfect colorful ciabatta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ciabatta
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g Olives
  • 3 piece Boiled eggs
  • 4 piece Anchovy fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. For the first side, cut green and black olives, place in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add a little oil, add parsley, stir and let steep.
  1. For the second side, cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and place them in another bowl with the chopped garlic and onion, refine with oil and white vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  1. For the third side dish, chop the anchovy fillets, capers and boiled eggs and place in a bowl. Season with garlic, salt and pepper and refine with chopped parsley. Then mix in the mayonnaise until it becomes smooth.
  1. Cut the ciabatta into slices and place in the toaster. Then distribute the various delicacies on the slices. Tip: Ciabatta tastes even better if you rub the bread with a cut clove of garlic after toasting.
