Cauliflower with Soy Sausages and Potato – Almond – Cream Sauce

- 1 piece Cauliflower fresh
- 1 tbsp Vegetable stock powder *
- 1 liter Water
- ******************************
- 3 piece Soy sausages
- 3 piece Oil for frying
- 10 medium sized Potatoes
- 1 packet Madelsahne
- 3 piece Spring onions
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Ground pepper to taste
- Wash the cauliflower and cut off the florets, then cook them in the vegetable stock until they are firm to the bite.
- Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in lightly salted water. When the potatoes are done, remove all but 2 pieces and keep them warm. Now use a blender to puree the remaining potatoes in the water and the almond milk. To round it off, some nutmeg from the mill. Cut the spring onions into rings and let them steep in the sauce.
- Fry the soy sausages in a pan with a little oil and then arrange everything on preheated plates – enjoy your meal
