Baked Oven Vegetables

The perfect baked oven vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Seasoning mix

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 0,25 Butternut squash
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 branch Rosemary fresh
  • 1 branch Fresh thyme
  • 3 Branches Fresh oregano
  • 0,5 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Cane sugar

  1. Clean the vegetables and optionally cut them into bite-sized pieces / strips / cubes. Spread on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  1. For the seasoning mix, crush the rosemary needles, thyme, oregano, fennel seeds, garlic and sea salt in a mortar. Mix in the olive oil, pepper and cane sugar and marinate the vegetables with it.
  1. Bake the vegetables in a preheated oven at 190 ° C fan oven for about 20 minutes.
