Fruity Stir-fry Vegetables

The perfect fruity stir-fry vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 size Tomato
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 150 g Corn
  • 1 small Onion
  • 5 maturity Plums
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 bag Chop Suey Mix – Maggi
  • 250 ml Water
  • Salt pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Thai curry
  1. iiiiiiiiih! Chop Suey Mix! Convinience – how can you? Normally not mine either, but the bag was there and had to go. Alternatively, you can make it with vegetable stock, but then season it a little stronger. Now let’s go:
  2. Cut all the vegetables, plums and garlic stuff into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion and fry in the pan until golden. Then add vegetables and fruits and let them sweat briefly.
  3. Dissolve the chop suey mixture in the water and use it to deglaze the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables start to soften. Season with salt, pepper, a little cinnamon and strong Thai curry.
  4. Can be served with rice or just eat with fresh bread. Good Appetite.
