Chinese Stir-fry Vegetables with Scampis

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Scampis
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 3 Carrots
  • 100 g Snow peas
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Small pineapple canned
  • 5 Chinese cabbage leaves
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 30 ml Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Thaw scampis (if necessary). Wash vegetables. Cut the carrots into small sticks, cut the paprika and Chinese cabbage into pieces, chop the garlic, peel the Schlotten and cut into rings.
  • Marinate scampi in garlic and soy sauce and pickle
  • Fry shallots and carrots in a pan. Briefly pre-cook the Chinese cabbage and snow peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Then put in the pan and fry too. Finally, pineapple and parika are also added to the pan. Sear everything well and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Meanwhile, fry the scampis in an extra pan with the marinade and cook. Then add the scampi to the vegetables, mix everything well and add salt and pepper or soy sauce if necessary.
  • This dish can be served with rice or with pasta. If you want, you can add sweet and sour chilli sauce. Have fun cooking and enjoy your meal;)
