Kohlrabi Cream Soup
The perfect kohlrabi cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
- 6 piece Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Ginger
- 1 pinch Harisa spice
- 500 g Meat sausage / city sausage
- 500 g Rapeseed oil
- Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a little oil.
- Peel and chop the kohlrabi. Peel and chop the potatoes too.
- Add everything to the onions and sauté a little.
- Then add vegetable broth, i.e. add powder and water.
- Let everything simmer until it is ready to puree.
- Use a hand blender to puree in a saucepan, add the spices and season to taste.
- Cut the sausage into slices and let it warm up in the saucepan.
- There were rolls with it.
- Was very filling and good.
