Kohlrabi Cream Soup

The perfect kohlrabi cream soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
  • 6 piece Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Ginger
  • 1 pinch Harisa spice
  • 500 g Meat sausage / city sausage
  • 500 g Rapeseed oil
  1. Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a little oil.
  2. Peel and chop the kohlrabi. Peel and chop the potatoes too.
  3. Add everything to the onions and sauté a little.
  4. Then add vegetable broth, i.e. add powder and water.
  5. Let everything simmer until it is ready to puree.
  6. Use a hand blender to puree in a saucepan, add the spices and season to taste.
  7. Cut the sausage into slices and let it warm up in the saucepan.
  8. There were rolls with it.
  9. Was very filling and good.
