Kohlrabi and Apple Cream Cheese Soup
The perfect kohlrabi and apple cream cheese soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 Apple
- 1 piece Chopped ginger
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 150 g Natural cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch Saffron threads
- Kohlrabi leaves
- Because peel and roughly dice the kohlrabi, core the apple and cut into wedges, chop the ginger and now cook everything in the vegetable stock until soft.
- Puree everything ………… because the soup was not fine enough for me, I stirred it through a sieve.
- Wash the kohlrabi leaves thoroughly and cut them very finely.
- Stir the cream cheese into the soup to taste with the above-mentioned spices …. it was sweet and hot for me …. Finally, fold in the koflrabi leaves ….
