Salmon Cocktail De Brasil

- 300 g Salmon Gravaved
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 100 gr Grated cheese
- 1 kl. bag Onion and pepper croutons
- 1 glass Pickled artichokes
- 1 Can Pickled baby carrots
- 1 glass Mini cucumber canned
- 1 glass Pickled olives
- 2 Pc. Fresh shallots
- 2 Pc. Fresh garlic
- 1 Pc. Lime Brasil
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Fiery sesame oil brown
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt from the mill
- 1 Tupe Salmon caviar
- Take the salmon out of the packaging and place it on a plate so that it can develop its aroma. Now we peel the shallots and the garlic and cut the shallots into rings and the garlic as small as possible. Because we put garlic in the press, where we then prepare our sauce for the cocktail.
- Now we cut the artichokes, baby carrots, mini cucumbers and olives into small pieces. See photos! Prepare the cream cheese and croutons. Now we cut the salmon into small pieces on a cutting board. See photos. Now we take 2 glasses, preferably caipirinha glasses. Now the main work begins: First, put the cream cheese in the glass, preferably with a teaspoon.
- Then the salmon, artichokes, baby carrots, mini cucumber, olives, shallots and croutons. Then the whole thing is pressed with a pitu stick, but don’t press too hard otherwise it will turn into a mush! We do this until we have almost reached the edge of the glass. See photos! Now we put the glasses in the fridge and prepare the sauce for the salmon cocktail.
- Now we press the lime out of the press where our garlic is already in. Now we add salt and pepper, the sesame oil and the fiery sesame oil. Now we mix everything with a teaspoon. See photos! Now comes the moment when we take the glasses out of the refrigerator and pour the cheese over them. Now pour the sauce over the cheese.
- We do this very slowly so that the sauce can spread over the whole inside of the glass. Then I rounded it off with a salmon caviar cream. That would be a cocktail for festive days or for a special occasion, because it takes a lot of work. After this cocktail you don’t need anything else to eat. You can also add some white bread.
