Braised Pork Balinese Style

The perfect braised pork balinese style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pork schnitzel
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 cm Fresh ginger
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the schnitzel into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  1. Finely chop ginger.
  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the meat and onions in it. Add ginger. Finally pour coconut milk and soy sauce on top, bring to the boil and add cayenne pepper.
  1. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
