Braised Pork Balinese Style
The perfect braised pork balinese style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pork schnitzel
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 cm Fresh ginger
- 1 Fresh onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the schnitzel into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
- Finely chop ginger.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the meat and onions in it. Add ginger. Finally pour coconut milk and soy sauce on top, bring to the boil and add cayenne pepper.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
