Baked Peach on Lettuce

  • 1 Peach
  • 3 tablespoon Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1 tablespoon Habanero oil from my KB
  • 10 g Fresh leek
  • Orange pepper salt

salad

  • 2 Swiss chard leaves

  • 10 Discs Cucumber
  • 0,5 Yellow peppers
  • 0,5 Grapefruit
  • Onion rings red

dressing

  • Grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon Habanero oil from my KB
  • Orange pepper salt
  • Green pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon Flowerhoney
  1. Cut the leek into thin rings. Mix with the cream cheese, salt and habanero oil.
  2. Divide and core the peach. Scoop out the peach with a spoon.
  3. Fill with the cream cheese. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes.
