Baked Peach on Lettuce

- 1 Peach
- 3 tablespoon Cream cheese double cream setting
- 1 tablespoon Habanero oil from my KB
- 10 g Fresh leek
- Orange pepper salt

- 2 Swiss chard leaves

- 10 Discs Cucumber
- 0,5 Yellow peppers
- 0,5 Grapefruit

- Grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon Habanero oil from my KB
- Orange pepper salt
- Green pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Flowerhoney
- Cut the leek into thin rings. Mix with the cream cheese, salt and habanero oil.
- Divide and core the peach. Scoop out the peach with a spoon.
- Fill with the cream cheese. Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes.
