Pancakes with Cream Champions
The perfect pancakes with cream champions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Champion sauce
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable broth powder
- 0,5 liter Milk
- 1 tbsp Strength
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley leaf
- Salt and pepper
- 1 piece Fresh onion

- 1 liter Milk
- 3 piece Free range eggs
- 400 g Spelled flour

- Clean the champions and cut them into small pieces. Fry in a pan.
- Peel and dice the onion and add to the champions.
- Pour in milk and thicken with starch. You can also use cream, but unfortunately I can’t take it that well. It has to be a creamy sauce.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and the vegetable stock, finish the parsley.

- Bake in a pan with a little oil in the pan.
