Pancakes with Cream Champions

The perfect pancakes with cream champions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Champion sauce

  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable broth powder
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • 1 tbsp Strength
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley leaf
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 piece Fresh onion

  • 1 liter Milk
  • 3 piece Free range eggs
  • 400 g Spelled flour

  1. Clean the champions and cut them into small pieces. Fry in a pan.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and add to the champions.
  3. Pour in milk and thicken with starch. You can also use cream, but unfortunately I can’t take it that well. It has to be a creamy sauce.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and the vegetable stock, finish the parsley.
