Ice Cream Magic: Nutella Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream magic: nutella ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Diamond ice magic
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 150 g Nutella
  • Waffle cones

Diamant Eiszauber – basic mass

  1. Stir Diamond Eiszauber with the milk in a large mixing beaker very gently for 1 minute – then beat very vigorously for 3 minutes until it is a nice, creamy mixture

Nutella flavor to go with it …

  1. Now add Nutella to the ice cream mass and stir vigorously again – put in a container and cook for approx. 6 hours. freezing – ATTENTION: the ice cream mass does NOT need to be stirred during this time (as is usually the case with homemade ice cream)!
