Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Flour
- 0,5 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 ml Milk
- 50 ml Sparkling water
- Oil for frying
- 8 Vanilla ice cream balls
- 500 g Strawberries
- Nutella
Instructions
- Quarter the strawberries, mix with half of the vanilla sugar and refrigerate.
- Mix the egg, flour, salt, the other half of the vanilla sugar, milk and mineral water in a bowl to form a liquid batter. It is best to let the dough steep a little. Heat the oil in a pan and pour the dough with a ladle, distribute the dough evenly by swirling and bake until golden.
- Brush the finished pancakes with Nutella, spread some of the strawberries over a quarter and then close it so that a quarter is formed. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and spread the remaining strawberries over the top.
