Pancakes with Nutella, Strawberries and Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Flour
  • 0,5 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Sparkling water
  • Oil for frying
  • 8 Vanilla ice cream balls
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Quarter the strawberries, mix with half of the vanilla sugar and refrigerate.
  • Mix the egg, flour, salt, the other half of the vanilla sugar, milk and mineral water in a bowl to form a liquid batter. It is best to let the dough steep a little. Heat the oil in a pan and pour the dough with a ladle, distribute the dough evenly by swirling and bake until golden.
  • Brush the finished pancakes with Nutella, spread some of the strawberries over a quarter and then close it so that a quarter is formed. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and spread the remaining strawberries over the top.
